The Gain City Megastore @ Sungei Kadut is a 11-storey building located in Sungei Kadut industrial estate. and is the largest consumer electronics and IT
retail store in Singapore.

The 500,000 square feet warehouse retail concept building encompasses more than 100,000 square feet of retail space, from shopping and dining to
entertainment.

Crowne Hotel Extension

Opened in August 2016, the Crowne Plaza Changi Airport hotel extension (CPEX) is the first hotel in Singapore to use fully pre-fabricated room modules
(Pre-fabricated Pre-finished Volumetric Construction – PPVC). It is designed, manufactured and installed within a timespan of 17 months. The building
installation process itself only took 26 days, which significantly reduced construction time.
The 10-storey building features 243 additional guest rooms over 10,000 square metre of gross floor area.

Borneo Motors Pandan

Inchcape’s vehicle facility at Pandan Crescent opened in July 2017. Worth S$55 million to build, it is the company’s most expensive facility internationally. The
integrated vehicle facility took 20 months to build and spans 20,000 sqm over 10 storeys.
Inchscape Centre houses their regional headquarters as well as Borneo Motors’ corporate office, has vehicle servicing facilities and a regional training centre.

268 Orchard Rd

The 268 Orchard Road project is the first building in Singapore to utilize a system of double glazed units, structural extruded stainless steel SS 315LN mullions with tension cable net. This system eliminates columns within the building interiors, ensuring limited obstruction visually and physically and creating a versatile retail tenancy layout. The natural beauty of the stainless steel marked the structural supports of the 3 glass boxes without the need for cladding or any painting for fire-proofing.
